To make a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified (KYC complete), you must have made at least one deposit of real money (not bonus funds), and your account must be in good standing. One bonus per member, per household, per IP address. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through separate accounts is considered abuse and will result in all accounts involved being closed and balances forfeited.
All digital games on ha777 — including slots, Ludo, and RNG table games — use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG is independently audited to verify that outcomes are genuinely unpredictable, unbiased, and cannot be influenced by ha777 or any member. Results are final once confirmed.
Live dealer games (including Baccarat, Teen Patti, and live casino variants) are broadcast in real time from professional studios. Cards are physically shuffled and dealt by trained dealers under continuous camera surveillance. Results are determined by physical card outcomes and cannot be altered once a hand begins. ha777 has no ability to influence live game results once a round is in progress.
Once a bet or game round is settled and the result recorded in your account history, the outcome is final. ha777 will only reverse a settled result in cases of demonstrated system error or technical malfunction. Claims of unfair results must be submitted to support within 48 hours of the relevant game round, accompanied by the round ID or transaction reference.
In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects a game round in progress, ha777 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the staked amount to the member's balance. Where a malfunction results in an incorrect payout being displayed, ha777 is not bound to honour that display if it is a clear technical error. Payouts will be corrected to the accurate amount based on game rules.
Sports bets are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and competition type in ha777's Sports Betting section. Rules covering abandoned matches, walkovers, cancelled events, and dead heats apply as stated per sport. In all cases, ha777's decision on the outcome of a sporting event is final.
The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on ha777. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and permanent ban from the platform:

You may request to close your ha777 account at any time by contacting support@ha777.biz. Any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds with incomplete wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within five business days of the closure request. Once an account is closed, it cannot be reopened unless ha777 specifically permits re-registration.
Where an account is closed by ha777 due to breach of Terms, any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be forfeited in full. Where closure is due to KYC failure or suspected fraud, funds may be held pending investigation. ha777 will communicate the reason for closure and the status of any held funds by email to the registered address.
Ensure your account is fully verified with CNIC or passport. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals above a small threshold.
